Maryville College students receive a Microsoft Office 365 subscription that entitles them to download Microsoft Office for free on up to five devices. Students will have access to Microsoft Office 365 as long as they are actively enrolled.


The following steps describe the process of downloading and installing Microsoft Office on a Windows or macOS computer.


  1. Visit office.com and sign in using your Maryville College email address.



  2. You will be directed to the Maryville College single sign-on page. Log in using your Maryville College email address and password to proceed.



  3. Click the Install Office button to download and install the latest version of Microsoft Office on your Windows or macOS computer.
