SETUP

Step 1:

Click the Start icon and "Connect To". You should get a menu like the one below. Click on SCOTS, and "Connect":

After Step 1, if your computer does not connect to the Cisco Clean Access page when attempting Internet connection, please proceed to the following troubleshooting steps:

Step 2:

Open your Network Connections page. A shortcut for doing this is to Click the Windows Start Icon in the bottom left hand of the screen, and under "Search" type ncpa.cpl. Doing so will bring you to the menu below. Make sure your Wireless Network Connection is enable by right clicking the connection ann Choosing Enable(if you have this choice).

Step 3:

If your connection was already enabled, right click once again on the Wireless Network Connection, and choose Properties. Open both the IPv4 and IPv6, and make sure that "Obtain IP Address Automatically" and "Obtain DNS server address automatically" are checked.
