-Network logins and permissions, Email, Spam, Anti-virus software or virus questions, Server-based applications including EMS, Internet, the Doors system (Galaxy), Maximo, all File Server questions (H"\Drive), file restoration, Faculty web sites, FIT Fellowship liaison, any issue that affects core network services
