Maryville College Network Setup for MAC OS

This article provides information for configuring Open Transport TCP/IP

Choose System Preferences from the Apple Menu.
Choose Network from the View menu.
Click on "Connect Via" and select Ethernet - If ethernet is not an option, you either have no network card installed in your MAC, or it may be improperly configured. Please refer to your MAC Service Provider for more help.
Choose DHCP from the Configure pop-up menu, Click Apply Now.
Open a Web browser or other TCP/IP application to test your connection to the Internet.
